Indira Gandhi National Open University provides an official transcripts facility through learners on plain paper.
For Indian students: Rs. 300/- for every transcript, if it will be sent to the candidates within India, and Rs. 500/- for every transcript, if it will be sent to the candidates out of India.
For the SAARC countries candidates: Rs. 1200/- for every transcript if it will be sent to the candidates of SAAR countries.
For Non-SAARC countries candidates: $120 for every transcript, if it will be sent to the candidates of non-SAARC countries.
