NOTIFICATION
In accordance with the resolutions of the online meeting held between the hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Prof. G. P. Prasain, Deans of Arts and Commerce and Science, COE, HODs, on 7th June 2021, it is hereby notified that:
1. Marks of cancelled papers of P.G. 3rd/1st semester Examinations 2020 (held in 2021) shall be allotted by the Controller of Examinations Branch on the basis of Internal Assessment marks obtained in those papers. However, students not satisfied with the marks obtained in those papers may be given an opportunity to rewrite those cancelled papers along with their even semester examinations. If a student appears for offline examination, then marks secured in offline examination shall be considered final and marks awarded to the student on the basis of Internal Assessment shall not be considered.
2. The Departments shall submit evaluated marks of completed papers and Internal Assessment marks of cancelled papers to the Controller of Examinations within 20th June 2021 for publication of odd semester results.
3. In view of continuing Covid pandemic restrictions, Classes for 2nd/4th/6th semesters in all Departments shall commence in Online mode latest by 14th June 2021. The tentative date for completion of Even semester classes and Examinations shall be 15th September and 30th September 2021 respectively.
4. All Faculty members shall enter details of their online classes taken, in the Tripura University Learning Management System portal at the link lms.tripurauniv.in under Online Classes Details Entry for records and onward transmission to Ministry of
Education, Govt. of India.
5. Ph.D Entrance Test RET 2020 (both Written and Viva Voce), as per the vacancies already advertised, will be conducted in online mode by the Departments according to the following schedule: Schedule of RET 2020: 15-22 June 2021
Publication of Result: 27 June 2021
Admission into Ph.D programs: 28-30 June 2021
Commencement of Ph.D Course Work Classes: 5 July 2021
