At the very beginning of the meeting honorable Vice Chancellor welcome the dean of science controller of exam and all the heads or coordinators of different department present in the meeting. After threadbare discussions it was resolved that:

1) Classes for immediate semester of PG and UG shall commence from 15th September 2021.
2) Classes for fresh batches of IMD/BBA/B.Voc courses shall commence from 1st October 2021.
3) The process of online form fillup for admission to PG /Diploma/ Certificate courses shall continue from 9th- 23rd September (mid night) 2021.
4) In view of easing covid-19 pandemic restrictions by the state government in educational institution there shall be offline entrance test team TUET 2021 for admission to PG/Diploma/Certificate courses for this session. However, Tripura University Campus shall be the sole TUET Centre for this year.
5) TUET- 2021 shall be held from 20th September to 4th October 2021.
6) TUET-2021 shall be for one hour duration with a maximum of 50 marks. Departments shall retain autonomy to decide upon the question pattern. Departments with the large number of applicants may take the help of the examination Branch to print the question papers.
7) The Academyic session, in consultation with concerned department shall fix the days for the entrance test and notified in the website.
8) Department shall arrange for invigilators, conduct the test, evaluate the scripts and send the list of selected candidates as soon as that if revaluation is complete.
9) Admission to the Department of Archaeology, Liberal Arts, Tourism Studies, Performing Arts, BA/ BSc/ B.Ed course on the school of education shall remain suspended even for this year as the recruitment of teachers in the department departments could not be completed till date. PG/ Diploma in Kokborok shall not be offered from this year.
10) After completion of the admission process classes for the fresh batches of PG/Diploma/Certificate courses shall commence latest by 8 October 2021.
11) Puja holidays for teaching departments from 9 to 2021 October 2021.
12) Non NET Fellowship for this year's red qualified candidates shall be granted from September 2021 onwards and spot no backdated Fellowship application shall be approved.
