How to take admission in Tripura University 2021.
Who have cleared entrance test and get selected in the MERIT LIST needs to take admission to the university. Canidates msut keep ready required DOCUMENTS on counselling time.

ONLINE ADMISSION
The selected candidates are required to pay the requisite Admission Fees latest by midnight of 4 th October, 2021 through the following online payment link by using AIN No / Enrollment No and Date of Birth in (DD/MM/YYYY) format. Link : http://esis.tripurauniv.in/
TRIPURA UNIVERISTY ENTRANCE TEST
The Entrance Test will be conducted by the University at its premises for admission of students in Diploma/ Post Graduate Diploma and Post Graduate programs.
University reserves the right to change the schedule of the TUET examination. Any
such changes will be updated on the university website.
Applicants must download their 'Acknowledgement-cum-Admit Cards' for the Entrance Test
from the universitywebsite after due submission. It is mandatory for applicants to bring the
"Acknowledgement cum Admit Card" and any other appropriate photo identity proof,
failing which he/she will not be allowed to appear forthe entrance test.
The Medium of Examination is English, except for the Language-subjects.

METHOD OF SELECTION
Selection is strictly based on the Entrance Test.
The Entrance Test shall be of 50 marks of 1 hour duration.
The question pattern of each department shall be uploaded along with the TUET
schedule.
For departments like MFA, M. Mus, M P Ed admission criteria will be based on 50%
marks from TUET and 50% marks from practical exam to be held on the same day.
For MBA – 50% will be from the marks scored in MAT/CAT/XAT/CMAT or TUET; 25%
from GD and 25% from Personal Interview
If two or more candidates get equal score in TUET then it will be decided based on
i. CGPA/SGPA obtained in the last qualifying exam.
ii. Current year of passing will be preferred
In case of PG degree and PG Diploma programmes, division and marks obtained in the
degree examination immediately preceding the qualifying degree examination (In case
of a student having a Hons. degree, percentage of Hons. or aggregate whichever is
higher) shall be counted. In case of appeared or appearing, his/her last cumulative
grade/ marks in the previous examination/semester will be the deciding factor for
selection.
ADMISSION
After the publication of Merit Lists, the willing candidates have to take admission by paying
the Admission Fees within the due date. Candidate failing to pay the fees within due date shall lose their candidature.
